RS 310 - 610/M MZ models offer optimum coverage of outputs from 1800 to 6300 kW. They are the ideal solution

for combining with heating boilers or diathermic oil boilers, as well as for steam generators and industrial

process plants.

These monoblock burners ensure ease of installation and maintenance, as well as safe and reliable operation.

They feature high-performance combustion and sturdiness, typical of Riello burners, combined with the most advanced

technical and purging solutions.

They are available with progressive two-stage or modulating mechanical cam operation. Modulation is possible with the application of an electronic

modulator and guarantees the ideal output and thermal load ratio.

RS/M MZ burners can be combined with the VGD gas trains. Selection is a function of the available

gas supply and the type of train desired. For additional information on the gas train ranges,

- Microprocessor control box with diagnostic function (indicates the status and detects any

faults or malfunctions) and remote reset

- Adjustment of the air/fuel ratio using servo-controlled mechanical cam that connects the air damper with the

gas flow rate modulator

- Hinged opening for easy installation, inspection, and maintenance (opens on left or

right side of burner)

- Easy maintenance of impeller/motor and can be extracted using the flange

- New high-efficiency ventilation structure designed to limit footprint and weight

- Models available for standard operation (FS1: one stop every 24 hours) or for continuous operation (FS2: one stop

every 72 hours).
