Technical Characteristics
Galvanized and ungalvanized simple and double design construction manufactured in acc. with DIN standards. Technical requirements of steel wire ropes are acc. to DIN 3051-72.

Remarks: Only the core stand of the conveyor belt cord or the core of outer strand can be spliced or welded.

Delivery Conditions
On metal reels type B450 having 750 mm. ilia. offlange or on wooden reel. Each reel will be wrapped in crepe paper and hessian cloth.

STEEL WIRE ROPES OF SIMPLE CONSTRUCTION (1X19) COATED IN PVC

Material
Steel wire ropes acc. to 3053-72. Rope wire acc. to 2078-90.

Technical Characteristics
The thickness of radial PVC layer is 1,5 mm. for size 5,0 mm. and 1,75 mm. for size 6,0 mm. on radius measurement. Wire tensile strength (N/sqmm.): min. 1570

Sizes:
5,0 mm; 6,0 mm.

Delivery Conditions
In coils with max. 1000 m. length tied in 4 places with PVC strip. The coils are unwrapped or wrapped in hessian cloth.
